When You Feel Bloated!

When you've finished your day, and you've eaten all your healthy meals and snacks using right portions,
& OOPS all of a sudden you get a craving for sugar about an hour after supper...
Afterward you realize you've eaten half the bol of nutella and the rest of the icecream that was left.
How do you feel after that?
I get so mad at myself because I've started my day so well and healthy. I convince myself that I'll get fat because the next day is saturday and since I usually get bored on weekends, I eat. I also feel like all the workout I've done throughout the week was for nothing and that I'll never get to lose the 5 pounds I need and would like to lose =(.. So when I'm full, instead of excersising, I drink ALOT of water to flush everything out (if that what it actually does....)
So I was wondering, what do you guys do or feel after binging over your carolie intake?

| just forgive myself, and get back on track the next day.
| remind myself that |'m human, get cravings, and |'m not perfect. | just take it all one day at a time. And | remind myself that day by day, |'m getting better and better.
I too just forgive myself...I know it is for the sake of my sanity that I cheat every once in a while.  If you've got a man or kids in the house, it is more difficult to keep some of the junk food out of the house (I don't have kids, but have a man, so I keep very little junk food so I cannot do that much damage if i get a cravings).  We have a place called UDF where I'm from and it is only a half a mile from my house, so if I get a craving for some icecream (i usually just get frozen yougurt b/c it tastes good and has less fat and calories), I make myself walk to get it...it helps with the guilt.

I to normally go for a walk, drink lots of water and i'll sip on peppermint tea as it helps the bloating and digestion of to much stoggy foods!  then i just have to start the day over again, maybe eat a little less to mke up for waht i ate - eat more fruit to flush it out!  it works for me anyway!
I agree, go on the next day as if nothing has happened, you'll lose that pound quickly :)
Omg thanksss! This is pretty assuring lol I started my day pretty well so I'm all good =)
