I am 28 year old female ,5.5' , 143 lb.
I feel bloated and tired the whole day because of which I dont feel like eating anything.
I drink lot of water,eat lots of protien,exercise 5 days a week( aerobics)
Inspite of doing all above am not losing any weight although I try to eat eat 1200-1300 calories each day.
Please help how to combat bloating and what am I doing wrong.
are you eating any fruits and veggies? Too much protien with out the fiber will get stuck in your system.
Yes, I eat two servings of fruits and vegetables each.
You are way too young to feel tired and bloated in light of the fact that you are doing all the right things, ie, exercising, eating a healthy diet and keeping your calories down to 1200 to 1300 per day. I think you should visit your doctor and have a physical. They will hopefully detect what the problem is. I had a problem with fatigue as well and after visiting the doctor, it was determined that my iron was low. Now I take Slow-Fe iron pills everyday and it has taken care of the problem.

Even I had low iron levels last year and took slow-Fe , but last time didn't have problem of fatigue but my hair were thinning.
Thanks a lot Robin1124. I am sure my iron levels have dropped again. My blood test is due this week.
