I feel fat, look fat, and no one else seems to be
I've only eaten 970 calories, and it's a quarter past 7 at night. I feel full and fat and look fat. I know i have to be patient but the weight is coming off slowly. and even when it's all of, how easily it comes back on! And even when it does come back on, will i even have a flat stomach. No one has recognized my 15 lb. weight loss! When my brother did this he got constant compliments and still does a little over 2 years later! Everyone else my age (13, 14, 15) seems thin and able to eat a lot. I strain myself in exercise but it never seems like enough. I feel like a full-fledged fatty.
And...jeez. Everyone here give sme different information

DO JM 30-day shred, it kicked my butt and i lost tons of lbs.!
I do 5 miles of walking, 3 miles of biking, 2 mile sof running, etc and get great results and enjoy it
I walk a mile a day and i'm wiping off the weight!
I personally hate exercising, that is ahrd exercising like the treadmill, DVDs, running, jogging, soccer but i love softball, kickball, tennis, etc but it doens;t seem like enough.
So i heave myself out of bed every morning 2 hrs before anyone and do the 30-day shred. It doesn't seem like enough and i try to get 20 min bike rides in but i don't always do and both those don't seem like enough.
and it seems like boys just like good bodies, and as long as a face is attractive it doens't matter. mind doesn't matter and a really pretty face doesn't matter a slong as you've got the body.It's sickening. I wish i grew up a hundred years ago or in the 20's, 30's 40's, 50's, 60's, even the 70's but not later. Life is only about bodies, porn, computers and cell phones nowadays.
Everyone seems to have it easy.
You're not eating enough. You should read what the experts have to say under the advice tab and not what random people write. I read from the experts that when you eat that little, you're putting your body into starvation mode, slowing down your metabolism, and storing what little food you've put into your body instead of burning the fat.
It takes time. I hate exercising too.

To get ideas on how to burn calories without hitting the gym. There are a lot of fun things you can do. In the mean time, I broke down and joined the gym with my sister. Working out alone sucks, but since I'm not very close to my sister and rarely see her, we have a lot to talk about at the gym and the time flies.
America is one of the fattest countries in the world so don't be so hard on yourself. You are definitely not alone.
When you're 13, 14, 15 it's an awkward phase of life that EVERYONE goes through no matter how confident they seem on the outside.
