I feel fatter; even thought I weigh the same =(
I don't know whats going on. I just recently graduated from high school and it already feels like I'm putting on weight. I keep weighing myself and the scale says I still weigh the same I always have.. so why the bigger belly and legs?
Please help :*(
I am the same! The scale says I am the same, yet my thighs are SO much bigger, and it isn't distorted body image-they really are bigger.
I don't know what it is, I know I increased slightly, so this may be why, but silly me freaked and dropped that increase back to where I was because of this reason. It is very overwhelming.

The reason behind this might be that you are losing lean muscle mass and are putting on fat. All you have to do is eat a clean diet avoiding saturated fats and simple sugars.
I do strength exercises everyday
possibly your body is redistributing fat to give you a more "womanly" shape because you are still young and your body is maturing? some women/girls do not stop developing until 18-21. i doubt you are getting truly getting "fat" and losing a bunch of muscle unless you have changed your lifestyle dramatically and even then it would take a bit of time and you probably wouldn't be confused about it.
Hello sorry to hear your feeling blue
I feel like a heffalump at the mo, but this is due to water retention, due to soon to be coming on my blob:-( and that puts my weight up from 4 - 6pounds each time, so its a puzzle. as water retention actually shows on the scale, so can not say what I think what it is, sometimes I feel fat and the scale says Im the same weight, but Its because I have lost tone probably, were I have to stop, for awile from doing full blown proper excersise due to my M.E flaring up.
So I am not a great help all I can say is if you need to talk, just drop us an email:)
Love and light and Bright Blessing
