How can I feel good about myself?

When I look in the mirror, I see this huge cow. I have borderline, and I am trying to lose weight for my wedding, but I have lost all interest in even trying to make myself look pretty. I haven't done my make up or hair and I have almost stopped caring about personal hygiene to some extent.
