I feel like a FatA**
I missed Yoga and there was a Brazilian restaurant i wanted to try, well we were already down there so i decided to order something to go. I ordered a Seafood combo speacial, which was fish, shrimp, and scallops and then carrots and broccoli in a garlic sauce. I didnt eat it all but then i saw the rice and beans that it came with, i didnt even know it was supposed to come with this, that is my weakness. Well i ate the whole thing of white rice and beans and now i feel so fat and full! And i missed yoga on top of that so i feel totally guilty. I am still under my calorie limit for the day tho, but i really was trying to avoid white rice, i haven't eaten it in weeks! :(
I am in the same boat with ya. I just ate a truck load of chinese food, which I haven't eat in a while and I fell like a line backer!
You could try to walk if it is not too late. Or how about doing pilates on your own right now. I was thinking of walking to burn off at least the bumper of the truck load!
It is ok to indulge yourself once in awhile and not feel quilty!

I wouldn't worry about it. You said you were still under your calorie limit, right? A little white rice won't kill you.
dont worry about it, its good for ur metabolism to go over your calories once in a while. it keeps it guessing so u donthave the exact same amount of cals everyday.
atleast thats what i tell myself when i slip :)
just be good tomorrow and u will be fine.
