I feel like im finally ready to quit binging

Ive been slowing down my binges one step at a time..aka consuming less each time

I feel like nows the time to avoid and fight them fully.

I want to make it for 4 weeks and see how i feel ...obviously not return to binging but am so curious to see if 4 weeks of non binging results in breaking the habit. Who wants to join? I want really dedicated checking in daily or multiple times daily.

This is time to shine, and our bodies feel less stuffed and fix our minds.

It seems like your doing well & you have a good plan, I hope it works for you, and everyone else haha. But I'll join.

I will join. I binge almost daily (well usually nightly). It is terrible. I have heard that if you stop something for over 6 days you start to break the habit. I have also wanted to try this.

I can't promise I wont, but I will promise to try. The longest so far I have gone is about 4 or 5 days. And I felt better, but you know how things go...

I was on a binge about every 3-4 days. I've now managed to stretch it out to 6-7 days, currently. I'm with you girls. One day at a time :)
