I think I feel like tuna

Anyone have any ideas for me for chunk light tuna canned in water? Maybe something salad-like. Something 400 or less calories.

Any thoughts?

tunaritos, with a little light mayo, a little bt of cheese, and some chopped up veggies, wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of tortillas?
Thanks, Saroful.

That's definitely a thought. What kind of lettuce leaves do you find work best?
I like Romaine, cause I feel better if I eat more numbers of something (like 3 little 'ritos instead of a big one).  When you fold, fold up the fluffy end (that's farthest from the stalk on the plant) then wrap the outsides around your filling and start eating from the thick crunchy end.  Roast beef is good in there, too.  I just started putting my salad toppings in the leaves cause I'm too lazy to cut up lettuce.
Tuna Boats.... I love these things.  Spray a slice of bread with ICBIAB and spread tuna with a little mayo over bread and cook in oven about 10 minutes.  You can add a slice of LF/FF Cheese on top right before you take it out if you want.  YUMMMM.

Otherwise I like Tuna on crackers.
Saroful ~

Trader Joe's sells bags of romaine lettuce called 'Just the Leaves' - prewashed, long leaves of romaine PERFECT for lettuce wraps.

Don't know if you've got one nearby, but they're so easy.  I love them!
There's a TJ's 5 blocks from work, and another 10 blocks from home.  I am TJ's RICH.  But I don't buy my produce there, cause they always bag icky stuff with the fresh and they ship it too far.  I get my lettuce at the farmer's market, usually, since it's right next to TJ's anyway.
I love to have a can of tuna drained mixed with a bit of salsa. I eat it just as is or wrap it up in romaine lettuce. Mmmmm
good thought as well.. I like salsa.. and I have some in my fridge, so no stopping at the store : )
What's it like to feel like tuna? I've only ever felt like a human... hmm just me though :P

lol take care.
Always... you stole my line. lol

love, Karen
alwaaaayz!  And after I specifically didn't make that joke, or one in the Oatmeal post... well, somebody had to :)

I imagine it's kind of cold, neh? and maybe mushy.  unless you feel like canned tuna, in which case, ugh.
well.. I am a pisces.  :D
Shoot. I was looking for some philosophy in this thread.

:)
1 can of tuna

1/2 cup chopped red onion

2 small seeded and minced hot green chili more if you like

2 firm tomatoes diced up

1/4 cup of clironto (sp)

1/2 juice of lemon

1 can of tuna drained

mix all together and eat with lettuce cups
oops dont use two cans of tuna just one
heehee.. I figured as much. :)

I will definitely try one of these ideas after I get home from the gym.
*poke*

You don't feel like tuna!

:)
I like to use a tbs of light mayo and season it with Garam Marsala for an Indian flavor.  This stuff is strong so you only need a little, like a 1/4 tsp.
So, how did you eat your tuna last night?
I ended up with

a can of chunk light tuna, drained
chopped up onions, tomatoes, and green pepper
a little parmesan cheese
garlic powder
cayenne pepper
and a wee bit of wasabi paste

Nothing too exciting, but it hit the spot.
