Also , how long will it take my body to be Cleaned of all these stupid Products ive tried?

just to be back to normal?

lots of fiber-rich fruits and vegetables

high fiber cereal

LOTS of water...(this is important to help the fiber process through your system, or else a lot of fiber is actually counterproductive)

healthy fats found in things like nuts, salmon, and olive oil

maybe decrease protein intake if you eat too much of it

point is that you NEED your fiber, aim for at least 25g+ per day, and water to flush out your system.

balance is important, healty nutritious diet, low intake of junk or fast foods (limit processed/packaged foods with lots of added chemicals)

And exercise... lots of exercise...
I have heard that a cup of hot coffee can help

is this a medication side effect?

have you tried fiber supplements?  citrucel or metamucil?
ask your doctor how often you should be taking the miralax.  you can probably just call in to ask the question.

hmmm

maybe iam getting to much fiber?

i run everyday

and drink tons of water but maybe tons isnt enough for the amout of fiber i get?

but iam going to just take the miralax i guess. he said up to 3 times a day wouldnt hurt to start. then slowly ween off of it

I take miralax and it works really well.  I have not taken it 3 times a day but it is so gentle I am sure you will be fine.  I just mix it with my morning coffee.  On bad days I have taken it twice a day; maybe I will try three.  I do make a conscious effort to eat plenty of fiber and drink plenty of water.  I do exercise everyday but not very vigorously.  I treadmill about 30 - 40 minutes a day and do yoga.  I vote to try the miralax.....you need to give it a few days to work though.  Oh, as far as the weening off; I take it for 2 weeks then go off but then I end up right back on it.  I hope you feel betterLaughing

I am having the same problem.  I'm actually calling the doctor today.  I have increased my fiber, alot.  I had been on Miralax in the past.  So I tried it again, but it did not help.  I have tried prune juice, and other products.  Now keep in mind I am a lady, and when my gas grosses out my husband, something has got to go.  He thinks maybe the broccoli and cauliflower may not agree with me.

I am with you, this bites!  Let me know how you are doing.

Six prunes a day, and 8 ounces of grapefruit juice have solved what none of the 'prescription' medications did.  That's my remedy............

I suggest that you go to the Dr to get that checked out.  From your ID it seems like you may be a male.  And while this is a female example, it still shows that there may be things going on that you're not aware of.....

My best friend had issues too... she tried every remedy in the book and was constantly taking colon clensing drugs.  She did this for years with no relief.  Over time she started having back pain, when she went to the Dr. they realized she had a cyst on on ovary that was causing the pain.  She had the cyst removed and then all her bowel issues went away.  Apparently the cyst was pushing on a nerve that gave the intestine signals that it wasn't getting.  So all that time she was taking pills and home remedies that she didn't need.

Long story short... get throughly checked out by a Dr.  It may not be what you think...
