Okay, so CC says I burn around 2500 calories a day so based on a CC suggestion I've been consuming 1750 calories a day. Since I've started i dont necessarily feel hungry, although sometimes i do crave something crunchy. However, during random periods of the day I've been feeling quite dizzy. Is this normal or does it even have to do with the diet? I've also been going to the gym and burning around an extra 400 calories (or so says the treamill-machine-like). Should I take into account those 400 calories too?

could be low blood sugar. When you feel that way, eat some grapes, or something with sugar, like a piece of candy. Or you could try adding some more calories to your diet, like 100 or 200 or so to try and get rid of the dizzyness. I get it too sometimes.
Are you getting enough water? Being dehydrated will sometimes cause dizzyness
I think it might actually be a lack of water because if i drink two cups of water i feel much better.
Keep drinking water... I know that when I don't get enough water, I'll get a headache.
I've experienced the same thing except after I excercise. I am supposed to be taking in around 1550 calories but I only take in around 1300-1400 calories before excercising. When I excercise I get very dizzy and shaky. I think its low blood sugar but how can i know for sure.
And jetsetter, i would take into account the calories your burn and find out how how many calories total you are taking in a day. This site will tell you how many calories you should be eating a day to get to or maintain the weight you want. I would stick close to that because it really works. Hope it works!!

Something else to think about, might you have an ear infection? I was having sporadic episodes of vertigo and my doctor diagnosed me as having a viral infection in my inner ear. It's weird because other than the dizzyness/nausea I feel fine. No cold symptoms or anything.
