He's not worth your time if he's breaking up with you about your weight.

always be happy with who you are before changing for someone else, so if youre ok with your weight then too bad for him the break up only hurts when its delayed, so talk to him and see what he wants you to do(remember its just an opion and your thoughts always come first when its yuor body).....love is blind so if all you guys are going out for are looks then you have a long way to go.................but guys often say they like you just to get to your chest...ewwwww......so if you have big boobs look out!!!!grabber alert

well we did break up for about 2 days but then we realized how much we needed eachother and how good we were for eachother... i told him that i have been trying to work out more and eat right but he doesnt care he said he loves me the way that i am and now i realize that i love him so freaking much that i dont wanna spend a day without this kid.. but thanks guys!

Not All Processed Foods Are Created Equal
Fact: a diet containing whole, fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the best for a healthy mind and body. Although true, it can be hard to keep food fresh at home for longer periods of time, and if you have no time to shop every few days, boxed and canned foods become appealing. We often hear about heavily processed frozen dinners and processed foods worth avoiding, but there are minimally processed foods that do pack a lot of nutrition and may be worth having in the fridge or cupboard.
