Yesterday was one of the best days I've had in a long time! My niece is getting married soon and I'd been dreading looking for a dress to wear- I'd been a size 18 for so long and sometimes it's hard finding attractive clothing in plus sizes. Two months ago when I made the decision to get healthier, one of my goals was to lose at least 10 lbs., and to go down at least 1 dress size. So imagine my delight yesterday when trying on dresses, I was able to fit into a size 16 and actually look good in it!! Not to mention, the dress is actually cute! Calorie count has helped me so much- making it easier to keep track of what I'm eating and I've met my other goal to lose at least 10 lbs ( 16 so far! ) I still have a long way to go- wanting to lose another 40-50 lbs., but with the success I've had so far I know I can do it!
