Feeling extremely frustrated...
Alright, I'm REALLY stuck here. I've been losing weight for the past 6 or 7 months, and it seems I've stalled, or plateau'd, if you will. I've attempted calorie zigzagging, adding more strength training, adding more workouts and changing up my daily calorie intake. I'd say I've been stalled for about 4 to 6 weeks. So for now I've accepted that at some point or another my body must obey the laws of thermodynamics and I will start losing fat again. But then.. I start thinking things like "what if my metabolism gets stuck like this, and I'll be 130 pounds forever?" and I kind of work myself into a tizzy and get discouraged and want to give up.
Can someone give me some advice? Will my body ever start burning fat? Is it all in my head? ![]()
