so i was feeling good about myself and then this happened...is this bad?

hey guys i am just wondering what you guys think of what i've eaten today. i woke up at like 7 30 had to get some blood taken out and a urine test for my doctor. came home had like 3 strawberries with a bit of yogurt and went off to the gym. i was there for about 30 min lifting free weights, doing lunches, and pushups. then i stepped on the treadmill for about 21 minutes.


after that i came home and i think it was like 12 00 or 12 30 by the time i came home and had breakfast. i had 4 eggs whites (calories around 80ish?), three slices jenny-o turkey bacon (60 calories), some chopped onions, romaine lettuce, and red peppers, and a slice of nature's own double fiber bread (50), then i went ahead and had a medium/large gala apple because it was going bad and i felt it was a waste. :/ (calories? 100 or so?)

then probably not even an hour later i went ahead and had 1/2 plain non fat yogurt (55) with two mangoes (one regular, one philipino) (160 calories?), a couple more strawberries, one grapefruit (90?), as well as a small handful of kashi go lean and fiber one (??). after that i dont know why i guess i was feeling a binge coming but i went for 1 cup kashi heart to heart (140?) with about 1/4 cup skim milk (30). i wanted to go for more but i managed to stop myself. it is now 2:10. do you think this is ok should i try to eat a little lighter the rest of the day until i have my dinner of black beans, mixed veggies, and grilled chicken? what do you think? sometimes i wonder if i have too much fruit. just wondering what i should do. should i go and run another 15 or so minutes just to help my stomache digest all this? i'm scared becuase i ate so much at once it will be stored as fat or won't be good for my stomach/metabolism. please any help would be grateful!

also, does anyone know anything about the maximum way of gaining muscle. i am not too bent on losing fat i don't see myself as fat but i want my muscle back! i was doing a lot of long distance running and i know my body was using my muscles to feed all this i have like no thigh muscles left and my arm muscles are a joke they look so skinny i want my muscle back. :/

none of the stuff you have eaten today sounds bad for you at all. sure you had a lot, but i doubt you'll be very hungry for the rest of the day. something i want to point out..i dont think a whole grapefruit is 90 calories..unless it was huge, and it couldve been. if you want to run another 15 minutes, go right ahead, but if you're doing it because you feel guilty, don't worry about it. i actually just reread all that you ate and the numbers, and it doesnt seem like you even went above 800 calories, so youre fine id say. but what do i know, haha, im young and someone will probably reply after me saying something completely opposite.

I think if you were truly hungry when you ate all that (which trust me is not so bad) then you were fine doing that.  If you were eating just to eat, then next time, try to pay more attention to your body and only eat when you are truly hungry.  Plus, one day of letting yourself splurg a bit wont kill you, just make sure you don't make it a daily thing. =D
