Feeling NAUSEOUS after doing the elliptical?
Hey all! I am an avid eilliptical user and use it probably 4 times a week. Depending on what my workout is that day I use the machine anywhere from a half hour to an hour. Well, after the past few times of using the elliptical I find myself extremely naueseous. I've never actually thrown up, but I sure as hell feel like I'm going to! What's stranger is that the nausea gives way to a heart burn type feeling. It's happened 3 times so far and only after the elliptical.
Has anyone else ever had that happen? If not, do you maybe know why this is happening and how I can prevent it? It's gotten to the point where I'm afraid to use my favorite machine anymore! Any advice would be greatly appreciated ![]()
I have had the same thing happen to me. I think it might be your adrenaline. when you start to feel that just slow down and breath.

Do you drink lots of water while working out? Are you sweating a lot? You might be dehydrated that could cause the naseous feeling. I don't know about the heart burn though.

So you can keep track of what you eat - which enables you to analyze your foods and receive the following:
- Health Score of your overall diet
- Warning when you approach your daily calorie limit
- Overview of the good and bad nutrients
