Hi Everyone! I'm new here but I'm super excited about losing this gut ^.^
My stats:
Height: 5'3" Weight: 144.1 Age: 19
You guys can call me Odie (my nickname) And I'm interested in finding a buddy to help keep me motivated. I started off badly today and went a couple hundred calories over my limit (1500). So that sucks...
A word of encouragement? Anyone?
Of course!! You can do it!
Think of it as a learning process . . . as you continue you will get better.
200 calories is not much, only a fraction of a pound . . . and tomorrow is a new day.
Hey!
Don't stress out too much about one day- its what you do in the long run that matters! Just keep going and don't give up!
I know you guys were speaking to Odie, but that was the perfect advice I needed to hear today. I went quite a bit over, and I was feeling frustrated -- but I know it will all be better as long as I don't give up!
I just read this and it made me feel better. Same days I feel like it doesn't matter how hard I work, or how well I eat, that nothing has changed. It's so hard to stay motivated when I feel like I'm not getting anywhere ![]()
All of this is new to me and I have found that each day I have a new up or a new down! I try to stay on track with exercise and learn from everyone around me! If I go over a calorie goal then the next day I may do a little extra activity. The biggest thing for me.... Each week before I step on the scale I have to be mentally prepared. I tell myself over and over before I step on " I will not be disapointed, I will not be disapointed". Surprisingly, It does help! No matter what the scale tells me, I know how hard I worked! If I know I didn't do enough well then there is always next week to try even harder!
I hope each of you get the results that you want and you work hard to achieve them!!! DONT GIVE UP!!
Hi everyone! My name is Jordan and I'm 17 years old. Once I got into high school I took on more and more health imroving habits but I would like to be in the best shape of my life thus far with this program. I began wrestling last year and want to go out with a bang this year. I really hope this program helps as I have been jogging for weeks extra after tennis to little avail... Five pounds over a few months is good but I need it to come off a little quicker
But anyway I hope to support you guys and hope that you all will support me!
I'm starting off at 132 and hoping to reach 119 by sometime in mid january next year. I understand set backs will occur but I will be strong! Though my weight seems light to others I am 5'4 and small-medium, I would love to be fit enough to do well in the toughest sport I've ever done: wrestling!
Good luck everyone and I can't wait to celebrate with you all![]()
