Well if you feel you are at risk you should get over your worries about people freaking out and seek help.  ;o

ty hun but i dont think i need help, just some family or friendly support and that not gonna happen :/ ty though i appreciate it xx

What's going on? Why does life seem so bad?

Everyone thinks i'm a fat cow, and they are right...still weighing 240lbs i just wish i could lose the weight quicker, in 2 months all i managed to lose was 27lbs i am trying to stay strong but its hard :(

27 in 2 months is amazing! that's... over 3 pounds per week! If anything, it's too fast! 1-2lbs/week is considered very good and healthy weight loss.

You are changing your life, one step at a time. Think about all the people who are too afraid to take the first step towards health - but you are doing it!

27 is great

congratulations!!

i began my diet today

and i weight 231 lb

i dont know if i can handle it yet

but i will try

and you already doing it

dont stop!!!!please,do it for you

stop listening to those people they 're just mean...

if you want we can support each other in this fight...

what do you think????

I am sorry things aren't going well for you. All aspects of life are difficult and the process of losing weight can make things especially stressful. Its easy to get impatient with weight loss, I've been there. Losing weight is extremely hard work and it takes a lot of self control. By losing 27 lbs in 2 months you've shown great strength. Despite your current weight, losing 27 lbs is a great accomplishment and it is something to be very proud of! I really hope that people are not putting you down for your weight, especially since you've made such great progress. If they are, I suggest you surround yourself with people who deserve your attention. You are doing the best that you can and if they can't accept this they don't belong in your life. Good luck and I hope things get better for you. Try not to let the negative thoughts get in the way of your weight loss. You are doing so well!

27 pounds in 2 months is fantastic success. Thats pretty fast weight loss. You should be very proud of yourself! how did you do it?? i would love to lose weight that fast!

don't be depressed though, its just weight, and it will come off eventually. its not that bad. theres much worse things. just stay positive!

good luck!

if you need any support you can always message me. and you have to let me know how you lost weight that fast:)

Wow 27lbs in two months is amazing. There must be a very strong and motivated person somewhere in there to have made that difference already, keep at it and she'll only get stronger. Everyone has bad days but if they get so on top of you it might be worth talking to a counselor or joining weight watchers so you have some face to face time with other people loosing weight. Reading success stories on here is a good way to see that things will change though. **Hugs** though Vx

I tell you what ...if I lost 27 lbs I'd be over the moon...So pat yourself on the back, get your hair and nails done and then go do some group aerobics,or put some good music on your ipod and go for a walk...try these things and you're sure to put a smile on your dialLaughing....and I think I'll go do the same!!!

Its my opinion.  :P

Jennieka - I, too, have a lot of weight to lose, and lost a good chunk of it in the first two months.  I've been stuck now for several weeks, but one thing that has helped me is to look at how long it took me to get up to my highest weight, then compare it to the time I've spent losing weight.  For instance, I've lost 35 pounds in 4 months, and am down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 3 1/2 years ago.  Therefore, I have undone 3 1/2 years of weight gain in just 4 months!  That's something that keeps me going, even on my worst days.

Now, I know I have a long way to go, and that it took a long time to get up to this weight, and it will take a long time to get to a healthy weight.  But if I hold onto the progress I've made up to now, and the 35 pounds that I've lost so far, I can keep my chin up a little higher and get through the times of doubt.

You can do this, Jennieka!  No matter how you eat or exercise today or tomorrow, allow yourself to take a deep breath, allow yourself to be hurting, then start over again.  It's not like we can just make the decision once to get healthy - we have years of damage and bad habits to undo.  If you change your thinking to make a daily, or even hourly, decision to take care of yourself, it becomes more like baby steps, and less overwhelming.

Sorry for the long post, but I've been dealing with a lot of the same emotions as you, and could identify. I hope you start feeling better soon!

Hugs!

~Katy

How are you feeling today?  Any better?

Hiya guys, ty so much for all your support and comments.

I am feeling a  lot better today, got up weighed myself and i lost a lb since weighing myself yesterday morning so that made me feel a bit better then i spent 2 hours on my nintendo wii fit after dinner had a nice relaxing bath and now things seem pretty good at the moment.

I guess i havent been doing too bad, i guess i just hit a real low yesterday and to be honest i'm not too sure why but its nice to know i can always come on here and feel supported! thanks

oh and i have just been sticking to 1200 cal a day and excersizing on my wii fit for an hour or so everyday and it seems to be working, (also i'm addicted to ice lollies lol)although it gets frustrating at times cause it feels like i take 2 steps forward and then 1 step back, or at least thats what my weight chart looks like lol

I know i just have to be patient though and stick with it and then everything will be ok.

Thanks guys, I rly appreciate all your help xxx
