I've just started my healthy lifestyle about 2 weeks ago. I've been losing weight by exercising and eating the right foods, the only problem I have is now when I eat a small meal I feel sick like a half hour afterwards. I'm used to overeating and eating lots of junk food but it seems really weird to me that now that I am eating right and in moderation why does it feel like I am going to vomit after eating the right portions. Can anyone tell me why this is happening shouldn't I feel better?

hm... Anytime you suddenly change the types of food you eat you risk encountering an exciting new food alergy. Also you are going to learn that some things simply don't sit well on your stomach. So play with variety and pay attention to what you eat and then how you feel... it could be something like a butter replacement.
It is also possible that you have increased your fiber intake, lost of people experiance gass and bloating when they first start to eat more whole foods and fiber... you may be experiancing that as Nausia in which case it will pass.
Anyway you are making a big change and there will be some discomfort untill your body gets used to it. Sorry it's going so Rough for you though!
Thanks that does make a lot of since!!!
