Feeling Under the Weather
I'm not feeling that great today, sore throat and general achiness... I tried doing my workout routine this morning but stopped halfway since I started shaking all over from tiredness...
I hope that I didn't make myself worse by attempting to work out this morning! Any remedies you reccommend for making this darn sore throat dissapear and increasing my energy!

I say dont over exert yourself. Listen to your body. And i believe that i read somewhere that you must give your body a break. So i dont think its a bad thing to take the day off because you are sick...at least you tried. hope you feel better!
It sounds crazy - but gargle a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and warm water... The first time I heard it, I thought it was crazy too - but it says right there on the bottle that hp can be used as an oral rinse! It burns a little, and it tastes foul - but it truly works! I spray with cloraseptic spray right after to get the foul taste and burn to diminish. But every time I feel a sore throat coming on, I gargle and it's gone the next day...
