5feet 105pouns 18yrs old need help
i excersize 4 times a week
run for 30 min,walk 30 min, and do the bicycle thing for about 30 minutes
im stuck on 105 pounds
and im going on vacation to acapulco in a month
any tips on losing abput 7-10 pounds by then ?????

The only advice I'm offering is to get a reality check. Enjoy your trip and stop worrying about problems that don't exist.
Have you try the tools yet? If not, please put your stats in and use them numbers as a guide.
My advice would be to eat healthy foods. Consume at least 1500 calories a daily, Forget the dieting because you will just gain back everything that you lose while on vacation or when you get back.
Start tomorrow on a new healthy lifestyle plan. Eat whole foods, lots of veggies and keep the junk food to a minium, but do not advoid it completely because you will just want it more.
I am sure that you will look just fine in a bathing and have all the boys after you. Just forget the preception that you have of your body because you are your own greatest critic.

if you're skinny fat, go to the gym and lift some weights, not diet.
I can't imagine anyone weighing 105 pounds and being fat. I weigh the same and am the same height as you and i'm not fat, I use the tools here to maintain. Skeleton skinny is not attractive, girl. Don't worry about dieting now, you're only 18, you can burn calories by sneezing... worry about it after you've had a baby or two! LOL
