Fell off the bandwagon

I started dieting in the spring and was doing amazingly well until about July. I was backpacking through Asia with friends who loved the fried food. Then a trip back home (California) meant I was stocking up on tacos, burritos, pizza, In N Out and other food I can't get here (I live in China). Now I'm back in Shanghai and I just can't seem to get my act back together. Any useful motivational suggestions?
