I fell off the wagon big time!

Well, after months of neglecting myself, I'm finally trying to get back on the wagon.  You know how it is when you start skipping exercising, and then the binges just seem to keep on coming.  I've estimated I've gained about 20 lbs (too afraid to step on the scales!) over the past few months.  I came too far to let myself get back to what I used to be.

This was helping me maintain and even helped me get started losing more weight, so I'm back.  I really did miss the support system here.

Well, that's about it.  Just thought I needed to verbalize my intentions; helps with the accountability.  :)  Hope everybody has a great week!

Just start today as a new day- you can do it =)
I too fell off the wagon, kindoff.. I wento away for a weekend trip in the end of february and didn't log on when I came back.. I only logged back on yesterday evening, so I am beginning again. luckily I haven't gained anything much, about one pound, and I have only gained on my hips, half an inch, but it is BACK on, so I can HOPEFULLY complete my goal .. sigh .. even though it seems like wishfull thinking.

Welcome back on the wagon!!
Might I just add, that your before/after pics are an inspiration!! you look FANTASTIC!
Hey, Melissa, we all fall of that calorie wagon.  Don't beat yourself up about it.  You know that you just have to start counting calories again, get back on the bandwagon and -- wow, am I a cheerleader or what?  Most important, don't be so hard on yourself.  So what, you fell?  Who hasn't?  You have support here.  I am very thankful for the support I do get here, and I have fallen so many times I cannot count.  What is important is to realise that you, and you alone, are #1.  Take care of Melissa first, and then the world.  It may sound silly, but it is very important - take care of yourself.  Chin up, dear, chin up and smile.
Thanks, everybody!  It really does help to have people around who know and understand what this jorney is like.  Hugs to all!
