I was just wondering how many other people on this site were from the UK too.

I know this is an American site, so obviously they have the majority, but if you are from UK, where are you from?

I'm from Essex (yes an Essex girl lol).

I hope no one here is one of those poor people caught in the floods.x

HELLO! im English... AND LIVE THERE!! Im on a hill, so im alright and not flooded but i saw that on the news and was well choked those poor people!

Hum, anyone tried the new Skinny cow Cornetto style cones? they are in Morrisons for a POUND at the moment! my freezers stocked up lol!!!

Its a club called Liquid, there are a few around England. I used to work at the one in my pic.

I love LOVE skinny cow, but haven't tried the cornetto ones yet..mmm, I know what I'm buying this week.

These floods are horrible, it's supposed to be summer! I hear Gloucestershire is also hit a bit, I went to uni there last year.

Yeah we should try to keep this one going.. it would be nice to talk about my weight in stones once in a while and not just pounds lol.

My cousins school flooded.. as an 8 yr old he was very excited about the firemen evactuating them! My friend is at Gloucs Uni (Cheltenham campus)

Bunny, we live kinda close. I'm in Harlow (if you have heard of it, I'm sure it was nothing good lol)

Also we are near the same age, I was 21 on the 2nd of July.

minbin, I was on Cheltenham campus (Pittville), studying Journalism, and my best mate that went to uni with me was on Park campus.

OH well happy past birthday!! lol so go on, hit me with the stones so i can smile and go 'ahh, at last' LOL i mis stones too!! Im 9st 8.. aiming for 9st 2!!

weirdkitty.. what year are you of your degree?

I've been to Hippodrome in Colchester, it was a work night out as liquid and Hippodrome are run by the same company.

Liquid used to be good, but now the music has gone so down hill, but I guess it depends on what you are into. There are two rooms, so there is a bit of a choice, but it seems to be either house or cheese.

The firemen in Harlow are a big disappointment, they are either old and fat, or have a moustache.

2006-2007 I was doing my first year of journalism there.

But in sept 2007 I began studying in Harlow College instead of going back to Cheltenham (I had problems with some people there).

Oh right cool :) i've just finished my 2nd year :)

I dropped out of uni just before finishing so I had to start again when I went to Harlow college :( So I have only just finished the first year. What are you studying?

Psychology. And next year i am also doing a course in Counselling Skills. :)

Now if this forum is anything to go by, there are only three English people on this site. hmm.
