Female buddy wanted, trying to gain muscle
Hi, im 5'4 , 117 lbs ( ish?), and i go to the gym ~6 days aweek, 25 mins cardio bare minimum. I'm strating to gain more confidence but would feel betetr if i gained more muscle, especially abs :P is there any one else with the same goal? I'm very sensitive towards SOMEthing in a lot of foods ( i have no idea what & and all my tests come back 100% hunky dory a ok), figured thats an important detail? At basic, i'm lactose intolerant.

hey bxca! im sam and i hav a similar goal to gain more muscle. im about 5' 5'' and 120 lbs. im a rower and my coach told me i should try to "bulk up" a little for next season...so im trying to gain 5 lbs of muscle. it doesnt seem like much in terms of weight, but ive been at this for weeks and have only gained 1 lb.
u should try to throw in some more weight training in ur work-out routines. i do kettlebells 2-4 days a week...theyre awesome! the exercises involved with them work several muscles at a time, so theyre great for strengthening ur whole body.
