I think the expected weight gain is something like 1/2 pound a week of solid muscle, assuming you are doing a lot of weight training (i.e. 3-4 times per week). DO NOT DO MORE THAN THIS, or you sick serious injury and over-training. Believe me, I did that when I first started rock climbing and I paid for it (I had to sit out for a few weeks to let my muscles and tendons heal).
But yeah, I would say over 16 weeks, you will gain 8 lbs easy.

So you can keep track of what you eat - which enables you to analyze your foods and receive the following:
- Health Score of your overall diet
- Warning when you approach your daily calorie limit
- Overview of the good and bad nutrients
