5'5" females - goal weights?
To all my average height ladies out there...what is your goal weight? Where are you now? What did you start at? Anyone have pictures?
Goal: 130-134
Started at 169...currently 140-142
Started at: 168
Current: 147 There [i]might[/i] be a picture or 2 in my profile.
Started above 190 ; goal weight is about 125. I got down to about 133 and am now at 139-43 but I think I lost muscle in gaining back and losing. :( Sad.
I'm trying to burn the fat properly this time and get stronger so that I retain my muscle. I lift 3-4 times a week and have a good deal of muscle as it is so I wear a smaller size at the weight I'm at that I thought I would.
I'm 5' 5 1/2" and 178. I started exercising 6 weeks ago at 184 lbs and joined CC last week. I'm really happy about my weight loss. My goal weight is 139. I haven't been under 150 lbs in over 10 years.

I'm 5'5" and currently weigh about 125-127. My goal weight is 120lbs. I started losing weight about a year ago and am pretty happy with my weight at the moment.

I started at 132 on spring scale and like 135 on my digital scale.
My current weight is 125.2 on my spring scale, and 128.8 on my digital.
My goal weight is 117 on my spring scale, then I will see from there :]
I am eating much healthier, and trying to workout more. I did an hour of running on sunday, rest day yesterday :], then pilates today, also i worked in the shop at my school today [which is usually only twice a week right now]. I want to be very toned at 121/122. That is my final goal.

i'm 18, 5'5, started at 160... currently low 140's. I'm pretty happy where i am( yay "normal" BMI) but aiming for 135, and then I'll reevaluate whether or not I want to go for 125
i started at 149 ish and my lowest was around 118 around sept. throughout the school year i fluctuated between 120-122 but i hurt my back (pinched a nerve) and went upto 125 ish without exercise for about a month and a half.
current: around 125
measurements: waist 26/lower waist 31.5/hips 34.5/thighs 19.5 (left) 20(right)
goal weight:110 (i wish) but realistically 115. which should be about a size 3-4.
I'm 5' 4.5" and my goal weight is 135, for now. It's still an estimate. I'm pretty curvy so I don't want to lose that by going too low. ;)
wow my goal weight is as much as some of youstarted at! I started at 235, am now 188. I plan to get to 160 adn I'll see what I think then. I am pretty muscular so I don't want to get too little. We'll see when I get closer.

I've been floating around 130 to 135 since joining here! Down two, up three, repeat. 129 seems to be a hard point for me to get past. I really want back there so all my clothes fit again! I was there 2 1/2 yrs ago.
I'm 5'5", 51 and maintaining at around 144. I started out at 278 and figure 145-ish is probably what I can stay at reasonably. My lowest weight in my adult life (in college) was 140 so actually I'm really happy with this. I have a picture in my gallery taken last month.
I'm 5'5", 24 years old. I started on March 10, 2008, at 187 pounds. I am currently 173.4 pounds. My goal is 132.2 pounds, but I would be very happy at any BMI in the normal range [below 150 for us]. We'll see how I look when I get there; I also don't want to lose my curves, and my husband wouldn't be too happy about it, either.
I posted somewhere else that I am 5'5 1/2", 47 years old, currently 159lbs and aiming for 144lbs cos I was that weight last year and I was really happy with it. I got a surprised reaction (as if it was too high) but I have a pic in my gallery taken at 144 last year (I wish I was the gorgeous girl in the middle but that is my daughter!!) and I felt great so my GW is definitely 144!!
I've just looked at your pic meganr and you look amazing now! A real transformation - how is maintenance??
Thanks! How is maintenance? Um, I'm still trying to figure it all out to a certain extent, still logging cals of course so I don't lose focus. Right now I'm playing around with how much cardio to do vs. weights and playing with protein/carbs/fats percentages.
I can't really see myself at a lower weight - I'm a medium/large frame and I get very muscular - which I see as a big plus!
5'5'' and 19.. weight about 130 now and trying to get to 117! This is the heaviest I have ever been and I am usually around 124 so I would also be satisfied with that.I have a tiny belly and too big of a butt! Summer is right around the corner!!
I'm anywhere between 110 and 115lbs at various points throughout the day. I'd like to be 110 solid, and then start to build some muscle.

Started last year 158lbs, now 143lbs, goal 125. I had my ups and downs, recently some "ups", but on track again
Main problem: can eat no end, so good food, good nutrition but too much in quantity!!!
I'm 29 and have 1 child.
I started at 165lbs and am down to 143lbs now.
Goal of 130lbs. That is about what i weighed in high school when i was on the swim team and running track and looked amazing. I'm mostly happy with my appearance now. But since I've had a child my tummy is flabbier than i would like. I think at 130 most of the tummy flub would be gone.
Also since i've started losing weight i've also become pretty dedicated to running and want to lose some more to help improve my times.
