Fending off The Freshman Fifteen...
For those in college, or those quickly approaching it, beware!!! The Freshman Fifteen - the bane of college calorie counters everywhere - is ready to take a new group of victims on campuses nationwide this fall!
For those who have felt the pain of the 15lbs of cafeteria food, hanging out in the dorm, not having your highschool extracurriculars, and just being too darned lazy to get out and about, join me in losing that weight! :) As an upcoming junior in college, i'm still waging war against the last 10lbs - who's with me?!?

Okay I'm down another pound!
Been able to stay at 133 this past week.
8 lbs from 125! Good luck everyone!

But...I just have to post my success! It's been so AMAZING! And freeing, and fantastic and easier than it should ever be for me, and exhilarating! I'm down another 3 pounds! yay!
I am officially 130.5
5.5 lbs away from my ultimate goal!
My mini-goal is 129 and I'm so close, but so excited for the final 5.5 to be gone!
My 'diet' is to eat 1200-1400 calories a day. It's been working so far! I need to up my exercise though because I need to tone it up as well as shrinking it! lol.
I'm 20.2 pounds down. I changed my goal to put me at 11.4 more pounds to go.
This is my second week of college and I'm down 7 pounds. I'm all for it.

I havent been on the scale for almost 2 weeks. Had probably 3-4 days of crap eating with the rents. However the other days were good. Havent been working out as much but have been walking around campus much more!
Looking to lose about 8 pounds! By end of October for Halloween. Getting back into the swing of things this week with 6 days of cardio, than next week 5 days, than six days for about 45 to an hour. Three days of weights.
Walking around campus also helps burn off about 100-200 calories a day. Which is solid.
Eating around 1,300 normally, high days being 1,500.
Stats:: almost 20, CW:113 (last time I weighed) LW: 108 (last semester) GW: 106-108 (flucuation)
