A Few Suggestions

The boxes on the side that link you to other users/posts like "recent activity" and "popular public topics" - I wish these showed up more often. That Facebook one is driving me crazy. I'm not particularly a fan of the Ask Mary ones either I know that's a personal preference. I like the opportunity to read what others are doing at random.

Adding food and exercise is a very complicated process for me, even though I have used CC for months. I often try to backlog and forget to check to make sure I'm doing this on the right date. I wish it were more of a spreadsheet type design, maybe.. More "web 2.0" - like you could click and drag food and exercises from one day to the next. I eat the same food for breakfast every single weekday (I know, I'm boring) but it is such a pain for me to click Add Food, Tagged Items, Plus Sign, Add to Food Log.. I'm lazy. I think the process is too slow at times.

Also, I just tried to add all the ingredients for the burrito I ate for dinner. I had to search for everything and then go through all the steps of adding one ingredient at a time, re-search, do it all again. There were nearly 10 different things in the whole burrito and it took wayyy too long to do this! Even when I would click the link from the search results page so that the item opened in a new window, it was just too much. I think this could be simplified a whole lot. But I'm just not sure how, exactly..

I also think it would be cool to have additional logs which users can pick and choose from. Namely a log for glucose levels, because I am Type I Diabetic. Maybe some other things like blood pressure.. I'm not really sure what other people might have to check and log regularly but I'm sure there are things!

And thenn.. if you could get an analysis/graph of the inputted glucose levels, that would be totally awesome. I think this would be really helpful because a lot of overweight users may be Type II Diabetics, and it would get a lot of use.

Ok, that's all I can think of for now! :)

I also really like the boxes that show the recent activity.

When you have meals that you cook yourself like your burrito, it's easier for me to use the recipe function.  It allows you to write the recipe with the number of servings and then gives you a nutrition label for the recipe. It's under the foods tab, click "New Recipe." If you have any problems with it, I know there are several threads about it. Just search the forums for "recipe analyzer."
