New Years Resolution number 1 - Lose weight! well, one month on I have gone from 198 to 186lb, have become a gym addict, but am starting to struggle, especially in the evenings. I bought some General Mills Fiber One Bars at the weekend and they are WONDERFUL. (the chocolate and oats variety) Has anybody else tried these or know anything about them?

I still have 2 more chins to go and would love to buddy up with somebody to give and receive support.

New years Resolution number 2 - To win the lottery! If anybody can help with that one too, that would be great! :o)

This is almost embarassing to admit, but I enjoy Kellogg's "All-Bran" bars so much, they've become my new "cookies"!  I'll look for the Fibre One Bars next time I'm shopping.
The best is eating FIBER WAFFER's ,,,
They have 140 calories and 9g of fiber (35% of DV) I thought that was pretty good as I am doing a mainly high fibre diet

rivita goodness bars kickass, 61 calories per par with 5.3g of fiber, i can eat the whole box!
Tachilles - I, too, eat the chocolate and oats Fiber One bars.  I love them.  I could eat 3 or 4 in a sitting if I let myself.  they are my new dessert.  Whenever I crave a candy bar, I eat those instead.  Awesome!!!
I wonder if too many would cause a laxative effect though. Just a thought.
I love those!  They are great!  I have a big problem controlling myself if anything is too good....  (Hence the reason I'm starting my diet!)   Instead of having one, I have a few!  So, any suggestings on stopping at one?
I love the Fiber One oats and chocolate bars!! yummy -- got to love all that fiber too -- i am a little embarassed to admit it - but they wreak havoc on my insides! Beano anyone?
Yes, I think eating too many of them would probably make the....outcome.....a bit...er...thinner than normal.
I love the chocolate AND the peanut butter and I've eaten 2 on a day and had no ...problems. They're on sale right now at Safeway and I'm going to get a raincheck for a case LOL
