Fiber: Benefiber VS. Fiber35

Read a lot about the health and weight loss benefits of having 25 grams of fiber in your daily diet. I found a lot of websites recommending Benefiber because its sugar free but it is the most expensive. I found this seemingly new product, Fiber 35 which is about 1/3 of the price but no reviews on it at all. Anyone know anything?

Rather than start a new topic, I guess I'll just post my question here, and that is:

Can anyone give me ideas for low-calorie/high fiber foods?  I notice that I'm only getting to about 15g/day, and I'd like to up that to about 25-30g.  However, I don't want to do it by adding another 300 calories, or by drinking something nasty like Metamucil.

Try Fiber One Cereal.  It has 14 grams of fiber per 1/2 cup!!  I have it each morning with either berries (also high in fiber) or a banana cut up in it.  Also, the fiber One bars are FANTASTIC with 9 grams of fiber in each one- YUM.
I haven't heard any reviews on the Fiber 35.  I do use the Benefiber though.  And yes, it can be pricey.  But I went ahead and bought it, because I dont need to use a ton of it to where I will be going through it like crazy.  I mainly have it for those days I do not get enough fiber in my diet, then I can supplement it with that.
Is the Fiber One cereal all sticks and twigs, like Kashi?

Or is it good?  :-)

Well, if the ingredients are the same, then try it. I've used store brand fiber supplements and they have all worked well.
