When I make my smoothies every morning I add in fiber pills, benefiber.  Today I added 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal to it.
My question is, how much is TOO much fiber.

I have plateaued on my weight. My calorie intake maybe 1200-1300. Walk/Jog/Weight Lift.

Help!!

There really isn't "too much fiber."  Fiber isn't digested.  The worst thing about fiber is that it can make you constipated, so remember to drink large amounts of water with your fiber.  The more fiber you eat, the more fluids you should be drinking.
Careful on the fiber!  28 - 40 gram's is what I have been reading surfing the web.

Too much fiber also prevents your system from absorbing nutrients. Everything in moderation.
I too have read that 25-35 grams per day is usually a good number.  Fiber acts as a facilitator for waste disposal and is very important when losing weight.  I would suggest instead of taking fiber pills try to get it from your food - like whole grains and vegetables.
