I don't know if you guys are concerned with fiber, but I am. Fiber helps fill you up! Anywho...if you guys are looking for some fantastic sources of fiber try Fiber One's honey clusters or caramel delight. Both are super yummy and totally high fiber. The caramel delight one tastes similar to cinnamon toast crunch, and the honey clusters is like honey bunches of oats.

But if you're looking for a new b-fast cereal, I thought I'd give you guys a heads up on these. They're both so good. I put a half a cup of unsweetened almond breeze (a soy milk in the non refrigerated section) and that only adds 20 calories, rather than 40 from non fat milk. Plus it has a nice almondy flavor. Yummy.

I love the flavored soymilks. Very yummy. I'm not big on sweet tasting breakfast stuff, though, like cinnamon toast crunch-like things, not because of any diet reason, but somehow "sweet" just isn't palatable to me early in the morning. At night I might could go for a bowl, though!

For fiber, something that I like to do is add about a 1/2 serving of bran flakes to my yogurt. Gives it a nice crunch!

I'm a big fan of lowfat granola mixed with a couple tablespoons of yogurt -- very filling, high fiber.

Though I don't use sweeteners much, I'm a huge fan of Stevia in packets to replace Splenda or Equal. Stevia is actually a plant derivative and full of fiber, and it has no calories. A bit stronger than sugar so you don't use as much, but a packet is just the right amount to sweeten coffee or tea or a smoothie.

My other breakfast in the morning is yogurt, berries, and some granola. Love it! I didn't realize granola was high fiber...was that stupid of me? I guess I just checked the calories and dumped it into my bowl.

I've never tried Stevia. I use Splenda, but I've heard bad things about it--as I have of almost all sweeteners. I seem to remember hearing that Stevia doesn't have all the negative side effects of artificial sweeteners.

Oh, and I totally could eat a bowl of that caramel delight for dessert! Yummy! It would be a healthy choice for a dessert too...

The Honey Clusters isn't nearly as sweet, so if you're not into sweets for breakfast, then I'd go with that one.

I think I may need to start having that Caramel Delight for dessert...

What I do is get the Fiber One original bran cereal.

Sure by itself it isn't much..

I add a serving of it (1/2 cup- 60calories) to 1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt (60 calories) for a total of only 120 Calories!!!

and in that 120 Calories:

14 grams of fiber!!!!

35% of daily calcium

25% of iron

and you know yogurt also helps with digestion!

Fruit and vegetables!!!

Oh man, I totally know what you mean about fiber. When I first strted I had like 10grams a day... and I try and aim for 30grams a day now. I feel fuller for longer, and satiated faster. I really started getting into fiber and what It can do for you after reading the book called "Fat of the Land."

I SWEAR by fiber. I'll crunch up some FiberOne in just about everything. In fact, my favorite breakfast is some low-fat yogurt with FiberOne, too =D.

What got me started on Fiber was Weight Watchers, because enough fiber will knock down the Points values of food. I usually get around 30 grams of fiber a day, but if I don't watch I'll end up somewhere in the 50s or 60s...not sure if that's dangerous or not, but I try not to let it happen anyways. I just loooove fiber!
