so im a big fan of fiber one, but i don't really like it plain with milk (i'd rather eat it dry). Just wondering, does anyone have any favorite low cal ways of eating this tasty snack?? splenda? yogurt? cinnamon?... ive also tried eating it rice- krispy style, but there's a lot of sugar in them .
thanks! :)

great in yogurt! Plus, I LOVE the Fiber One Bars.. 150 cals and tastes great
sometimes i crush it up and use them in place of breadcrumbs in some recipes.
i also love it on top of yogurt with some almonds and cinnamon.
i need to buy some more!

I eat it every morning w/ fresh strawberries and blueberries on it with soymilk.
I JUST discovered a new way to eat it though.
(it might sound gross though)
I always have a cottage cheese snack with fresh strawberries mixed in. I started adding Fiber One as well.
It's delicious, IMHO :)
So many ways to enjoy Fiber One.....

I too like Fiber One better dry than with milk but I did add it to a Dannon Light N Fit strawberry yogurt once. 105 calories and very filling.
I mix it with other cereal for breakfast - Kashi GoLean Crunch or Honey Bunches of Oats (depending on how 'healthy' i feel like being) :-) and blueberries
It's also good with yogurt and bananas.

i like it with milk & fruits ... i usually do strawberries, blueberries or bananas or a combo, just depends on what's on-hand!
i love it in yogurt! it makes the yogurt way more filling for so few add'l calories.
i also crush it up and use them in place of breadcrumbs - to 'fake-fry' food. i have a yummy 'fake-fry' banana desert that i got from hungry girl that's sooo good!

check your local grocery store to see if they carry either walden farms brand maple syrup or howards maple syrup...both are nearly calorie free (about 2 calories per 1/4 cup). mix it in with your fiber one cereal and add some fat free reddi wip on top. delicious!
question about fiber one - people on this site say its 60 cal per half cup, but the box says 100 cal. But, when you subtract the calories from the carbs from fiber, the cal total is quite close to 60. so am i crazy, or is the cal value on the box wrong?
hockeygirl - do you live in canada? there is a calorie difference beween many cereals in US vs canada because there's a fiber that in the US is considered a fiber, but in canada it is not considered such. this raises many cereals calories in Canada vs the US.
yes, i do, but is the difference in packaging or product?
