Anyone else try the Fiber One Complete pancake mix? The stats on the box make them quite tempting. Pancakes. 180 calories for 1/2 a cup of just add water mix (makes about two 6" pancakes). 10 grams of fiber. 5 grams of protein.

I tried them out and wasn't impressed. Fluffy? Yes. Plain & Boring? Yes.

I'm going to try them again and try to spruce them up with maybe some blueberries or cinnamon.

i tried them and really like them! I would try to put something to spice them up. How about pumpkin and cinnamon?

I loved them!  Add some grated apple or  pumpkin pie spice.  I didn't add anything and used Smuckers Sugar Free maple syrup.  For something that's low cal, I would recommend this to anyone.  And they freeze well, and taste better than frozen waffles that you buy.  *****  That's a 5 star rating from me.

I just bought a box because of their impressive stats, and while I'll agree that they're a little bland, they are very easy to jazz up!  This morning, i added some banana chunks and a dash of cinnamon, whisked it well with a fork to help break up the bananas, and made them on a griddle.  The banana pancakes were amazing!  I didn't need to add any butter or syrup because the bananas added enough sweetness.  Next time, I want to try adding blueberries :)

I guess I'm just so used to making my cinnamon oatmeal pancakes that these we're a complete joke to me. Granted the stats are amazing on them, I just wasn't "feelin" em. They reminded me of something you'd throw in the microwave that was frozen. I used sugar free syrup on them. I'll give it a go with the vanilla and cinnamon to see what I can do with this stuff :)
