I have tried the Blueberry kind and they are delicious! I think it's a good way to get fiber AND protein early in the morning when you don't have time to make breakfast! Oh yeah, I got them at Wal*Mart

hmm, i dont see them on the website?

I havent heard of these yet.... I will have to go look in the store tomorrow!! I love Fiber One stuff... Helps me keep on track lol in more way then one!! ha ok yeah lol

whats the nutrition info for them?

Is this really food? It sounds extremely processed.

I am a BIG fan of the Fiber One products! I have not heard of these but am excited to try ANY of their new items. I'm hooked on the bars (oat's and chocolate).  They make a great in-between-meals snack. Yes, they're processed, but at 9g of dietary fiber per bar? I'm all over it. Since I got hooked on these, I've been regular for the first time in my life.

I found this for the Fiber One Strawberry Pastries. I couldn't find an ingredient list. Lots of sugar! And only 5 grams of fiber?

Nutrition Facts
Serving Size: 1 pastry (52g)

Meh.  I like Fiber One products, and I'll probably try these, but at 190 calories for one pastry, I'd honestly rather have eggs, toast, and milk for breakfast.

Oooh, that is a lot of sugar and cals for only 5g of fiber :( The bars are still high in sugar (10g) but give you 9g of fiber...I'll take that! I think I'll still give 'em try...

wow 15 gram of protein? Not bad at all!  That's my only complaint with fiber one is the past. I was hoping for little more protein but, it sounds like with this pop tart ish product they've granted my wish! Tongue out Can't wait to try it!

(EDITED) addtional info. I looked it up and you have to eat 4 lg. egg white to get that much protein. This sounds like a great product for someone who isn't really into breakfast or is too busy to eat.

^ 1 egg has 6 g of protein. so you could eat 2.5 and get the same amount but it would be high quality protein, not processed protein like what's sure to be in a toaster pastry.

BUMMMPP.. anyone tried the chocolate or any other flavors? Still haven't found them :-(

I haven't seen these yet... but it sounds like they might be something that DH would enjoy for 'dessert'. He's really not into eating healthy and never really gets enough fiber in his diet, but he likes the fiber one bars.

15 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber?  That's pretty good, better than tofu anyway.  Do they taste ok?  Might pick up a box at the store this weekend and write a review for you!

I saw these at Winco today, only 2$. =o  Brown sugar & cinnamon, and Strawberry.

Alas, they have gelatin in them, so I can't eat them; however, if they make unfrosted ones, I'll be sorely tempted.  I'm a former toaster pastry junkie. x)

skookum- I'm confused I just went on Hungry Girl.com and they were saying that the toaster  that these only had 4 grms of protein per pastry?

Everyone double check the nutrional info. I've read conflicting info. about the amount of protein and I don't have a box to look at here so? beware!

Hm. Are they made with hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup like the Fiber One bars?

just bought the brown sugar and cinnamon box

they don't actually have that much protein after all

no trans fat

no hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils

yes HFCS

they taste great, but are so sweet-better for a treat or candy bar fix

they are also expensive-definitely just a once in a while treat

I'll just stick with apples

I really like the oats and choc fiber one bars but sorry for the tmi.....I have some major ehmmm....side effects. I don't get the same side effects when i eat thomas english muffins with a bunch of fiber or a bunch of veggies, or even beans! so i don't know what fiber one has going on there. i like the taste and i like the fiber, but the consequences are too dyer!!!

basically i'm afraid of all things fiber one. my colon is very afraid!!
