What's an acceptable amount of fiber and protein grammage per day?? Especially for a teenage female in the process of losing weight!!!!! Thanks!!

The daily recommended amount is 24 grams of fiber.

I believe protein depends on your weight. I personally just do a % of my calories and that works out for me, I can never remember the number I'm supposed to be shooting for.
At least 30 grams of fiber, and at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Someone else told me the body weight thing for protien but that seems like so much. I'm 188 lbs and I cannot imagine trying to eat that much protien in one day! Are there ways to sneak it in without getting crazy full?
