The daily recommended amount is 24 grams of fiber.

I believe protein depends on your weight. I personally just do a % of my calories and that works out for me, I can never remember the number I'm supposed to be shooting for.

Someone else told me the body weight thing for protien but that seems like so much.  I'm 188 lbs and I cannot imagine trying to eat that much protien in one day!  Are there ways to sneak it in without getting crazy full?
