do  any one know if there product in canada THAT IS A FIBER WITH FRUIT AND VEGETABLE THAT I CAN TAKE EVERY DAY.... AND ITS CHEWERBAL PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANKS

Why not eat some fruits and vegetables? ;)

Take a carrot, some spinach and a pear.  It's very chewable.

If you means these, you can find them at any grocery store.

I DONT LIKE VEGETABLE AND FRUIT I WONT EAT THEM THEY ARE GROOSSE

Writing all in caps is yelling & rude.

I don't think I have ever heard someone say fruit is gross, thats natures candy !

 

better just stick to McDonalds...

There's so many different types of fruit and veg, sure some might be gross, but there's certainly something out there that you'd like

Even if you like writing in caps it just comes across a bit ... angry or weird. And even what you're saying sounds like you're angry anyway. Plus, if you're not gonna try to like fruit or veg in their natural form then why even bother..

 ^ This. There are also smoothies and so many fruits/vegetables you could use to mask the taste/texture/whateverthehellitisyoudon'tlike .

It's kind of concerning if you won't touch fruit and veg at all.  At least take a multi-vitamin daily, please?  I can't preach because I've refused meat and poultry for 25 years, but.... I would like to help.

How are you with dried fruits?  Say in cereals, or mixed with nuts?  Tomato based sauces with pasta/pizza, or soups?  You can blend in veggies so you just get their nutritional benefits without their taste/texture (my cousin's trick for her veg-phobic kiddies).  Do you like spicy food?  Try lentil dhal or bean chilli: beans and pulses are full of fibre and will count to your 5-a-day. Maybe even a vegetable curry - don't scream, it tastes of the spices! 

Failing that, aversion therapy - teach yourself to have a little at a time, until you get used to it, then try something else, or a bit more.  Is it cooked or raw you dislike least?  Think of the payoff, look up the health benefits. 

Maybe it's a die-hard habit - you seem emotionally invested in this - did family try and force you to eat fruit and veg?  You certainly wouldn't be the first for whom food became a battleground.  This time it would be YOU in control.

I have also found my taste buds altered over the years, so if you hated something in the past you might not necessarily feel the same about it now.  I never used to get enough veggies, but I've gradually incorporated them (including some I never liked, though others are still a "no way" ).  I do feel physically better for it, not to mention that fruit nixes my food cravings.

Personally, I hated ALL vegetables growing up and I would only eat an apple for my fruit intake. Today I am a vegan which means that all I consume is veggies and fruit. Big change? Oh yeah! There are still a lot I dont like eating, but I take it a step at a time.
Just like a person above wrote start with eating one small portion of veggies or a fruit a day, take it easy. Sooner or later you will get used to the taste and it wont be so bad anymore. I used to feel queasy from brocolli and now its my favorite food!! And when it comes to fiber try having some legumes such as beans, chickpeas or even whole wheats. :)
Its a bitch, none the less, but it'll pay off eventually and you..hopefully..wont mind veggies anymore!

Or! You can try a niblet of a variety of fruits and veggies, there WILL be at least one of each that you will like! And start with them, add that in daily. Then start 'hiding' small portions of veggies you dont mind or slightly dislike in mashed potatoes or rice to cover the taste! Works like a charm :) You need not start with nasty ones..like for me I HATE eggplants with a burning passion of a thousand fires, so I just stay away from that and eat anything else that I can handle the taste from.  :D

On the note of such...fiber bars, they wont provide you with an adequate amount of nutrients. Yes they may serve a portion of two or three veggie/fruits.. but they are not the way to go especially if they are high in fat! If anything, take a vitamin supliment instead.
