Hi,

I'm 49 and have been married 18 years, no children but we do share our lives with two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.  Who are great at getting me out rain or shine for some exercise.

I had early menopause at 45 and the weight just sticks around my middle now.  Before I was 140-145 at 5.6" I was quite happy with that but when the scales toped 166.8 last month I knew I had to do something.   So I'm at 160 and just discovered Calorie Count.  Being able to enter my food, my exercise ( and I don't do anywhere near enough) helps with my motivation.  So my goal is 140 by Christmas.

So...here I go!
