Fighting fat is really not what I do...but emotional eating is something that I've done my whole life ...I live in Winnipeg, married, and have spent my whole life being obese...this is what I do now H.E.L.P. is here. healthy, eating, lifestyle, planning, creating groups that will tackle what matters to you most.
