Fighting the sag (boob content)
I've lost almost 35 pounds since January through diet and exercise, and I knew that the process would probably shrink my DD sized breasts.
It has, but in the process, it seems like my skin can't keep up with the rest of my body and they've gotten a bit saggier than I'd like them to.
Can anyone recommend any specific exercises/strength training that might help restore their perk?

I experienced the 'sag' after giving birth 5 years ago. At the gym I have been doing pectorial flies (55lbs) and chest presses (45lbs). I do them on the stationary weights. I also do push ups. Not only have these exercises given me a great upper body, but its actually the cheapest way to get a breast lift. The muscles underneath grow and make your chest appear more perky.
Hope this helps.

I am flat but being in my 40s what little I have sag too - but since doing chest exercises I feel perkier too. I love the pec dec and cable crossover. If you don't have access t a gym I'd also recommend push ups and getting some hand weights on do flies.
Don't forget the power of a great underwire! I lost a cup size recently too. I promptly went out and bought a couple new bras. What a delight! Now that the "girls" are lighter, bras are able to do their job better than ever.
