Directions
In a large skillet warm olive oil.

Add ground pork and cook until cooked.

Add bean sprouts, cabbage, and carrots.

Add oyster sauce and soy sauce until vegetables is half cooked.

Let mixture cool.

Wrap mixture in egg roll wrappers, sealing it with beaten egg.

Fry lumpia in vegetable oil.
