Salad Dressing. May also be used as a marinade for fresh oysters and fish. Omit the sugar and sesame oil when used as a marinade.

Recipe Ingredients for Filipino Salad Dressing

1/2 cup vinegar, nipa sap or white wine
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper, black, ground
1 tbsp. oil, sesame or salad oil
3 tbsp. green onions, chopped or raw onion

Recipe Directions for Filipino Salad Dressing

Mix all ingredients in a screw top jar. Correct seasonings to your preference. Pour over any bit-sized raw, canned or steamed vegetables. Pour over fresh vegetables, toss well and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
