Here are some low calorie foods that you can eat enough of to fill up:

- Broccoli - 30 calories per 3/4 cup
- Cauliflower - 25 calories per cup
- Green beans - 30 calories per 2/3 cup
- Spinach - 20 calories per cup
- World of Grains snack packs (a cross between a cracker and a cookie) - 130 calories per pack
- Kashi Honey Puffs - 120 calories per cup
- Cottage cheese pancakes (see Eating Well for the recipe) 272 calories for 4
- Asparagus - 25 calories per cup
- Applegate Sunday Sausage - 45 calories each

I like fruits and vegies, just about any are low cal and will help fill the empty spot.
14 little carrots are only 40 calories
popcorn in the 100 calorie packs are a good snack food especially for someone who likes the salty foods like me.
