Filling Breakfast, 205 calories!

Okay, so some of you may not like this, but I was just so satisfied after eating it, I had to post. Tongue out

1 serving of Quaker Oats Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal (low sugar) Should be 110C.

Eat that after you cook it, and to the side,

have 1/2 cup Fiber One (60C), and Soy Cappuccino (4fl oz) ((35C)) as a cereal.

<333

That was really good!Laughing

That sounds good! I love having oatmeal with cinnamon, apples and raisins! I've never tried Soy Cappuccino. Is that soy milk or?... I had Kashi Go lean with 2 % milk, though I am thinking about going back to unsweetened soy milk.

Mhm! you wont regret eating it =) The Soy Cappuccino I use is unsweetened, but I add a splenda to it for taste.
I LOVE Kashi go lean, it's one of my favs! Wink

These are the posts I seek out. Thank you for posting. Do you have a protien count on that meal? You might need a little more protein to make it perfect. But I love the calorie count. Winner.

I too have had some delicious low calorie/low carb breakfasts! ALL 250 calories and under! and filling!

2 egg beaters, feta cheese, roasted red pepper and spinach omelet!

1 "Real Egg", 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheddar omelet!

1/2 Low carb Wheat Lavish wrap, garlic herb cheese spread, roasted red peppers, artichoke, mesclun greens, spicy/sweet red pepper wrap.

I'm sure it's filling enough... but it's really not balanced; wheres the protein, fat, veggies or fruit?

perhaps ditch the oatmeal (or switch to real wholesome oatmeal, Quaker is refined and still has sugar added) and have an omlette made with one whole egg (70cal) and two whites (30cal) with peppers, onions and spinach (~15cal)

keep the fiber one.. fiber is great for you, and instead of the soy cappuccino (which is probably full of additives) have unsweeted Almond Breeze instead (20cal for a half cup) and sweeten with STEVIA if you must (no artifial sweeteners) and have a cup of coffee sweetened with stevia and whitened with a little more almond breeze (~15cal)

...

or blend a half cup of low fat cottage cheese (90cal) in a blender, with some berries(40cal) on the side or mixed into the cottage cheese, and combine with the fiber one (60cal).. you'll have a high fiber, high protein, antioxidant, vitamin and mineral rich breakfast parfait

here's mine:

egg beater omellete with bell peppers...hint of 2% cheese and tons of hot sauce.

My buddy behind the counter at my work cafeteria makes me a whole wheat burrito. 1.5 cups of egg besters. 1 oz cheddar and green chilis. It's about 450 to 500 calories but it's a FEAST. I sets me straight for hours and the rest of the day really. Biggest meal in the morning.

Egg Mcmuffin from McDonald's with no meat. It's not great but calorie content isn't throug the roof. In a pinch. And a large diet coke - not a coffee drinker.

Two poached eggs no yoke. Aunt Hattie's 45 callorie wheat bread. Spray butter. Split a peice of fat free american cheese. Pepper. Makes 2 sandwiches.

Peanut Butter Puffin Cereal. Skim Milk. 200 calories or less per portion.

Oh...want a great desert to have handy with hardly any calories? Get several boxes of your favorite sugar free jello. Make them in a large container and leave it in the fridge to snack on. I love that stuff. Plow through it when thirsty or after dinner. Great snack.

SUGAR FREE JELLO!!! with light whipped cream is the BEST low carb, low calorie snack ever!!! Laughing I just had one!

 you eat that for breakfast?

My breakfast:

- 1/2 cup egg whites

- 1 cup purred pumpkin

- 1 packet of stevia (sprinkled after cooking)

- 1 tbs cinnamon (split in 2 - stir 1/2 in before cooking & sprinkle rest on after)...

*Basically I mix these ingredients together and then cook it like a pancake! It turns out nicely and is VERY filling from the protein and high quality carbs!

This may be  290 calories but it rivals any egg breakfast sandwich and is a lot healthier...

1/2 cup cooked egg whites made in round container sprayed with butter flavored spray in microwave so they are a round shape-- 60 calories

1 slice jarlsburg lite--50 calories

1 slice hatfield porkroll sausage-- 80 calories

1 lite whole wheat Thomas' English Muffin--100 calories

After egg is made, put pork roll on bottom of English Muffin, then the egg white round, then the Jarlsburg.  Toast the top and the sandwich til cheese melts... when cheese is melted, take out of toaster, put top on and eat...

Haha, I dont eat sugar free jello for breakfast silly. I said SNACK! I was replying to the comment above mine. I posteed what I eat for breakfast earlier. Take a look.
