I need suggestions on what types of foods keep you full. I am 55 years old and want to lose 10 pounds. But I find it hard to find foods for lunch that stay with you. I do not like fish.

I plan my day so I can have a sandwich or something for lunch and then a snack in the afternoon, or maybe even two snacks. Some people can just do the three meals a day, but I am over-hungry by dinner time if I just have lunch.
