Ok guys, I finally broke my plateau (the 2nd one) and I posted some pictures from March 12th till today, the 19th of April. It's so weird to look at differences between them!
I'm soooo excited!!! I just had to write.
I hope all is going well with all of you!

CONGRATS!
You've done so well. I'm curious what you did as well to break your plateau. I've read a lot of advice here and have some of my own but knowing what you did would be of good help when advising others.

Wow, your stomach is looking great! Really defined! Congrats!!
my congrats, too. definite difference. Wouldn't it be nice to have two pics of exactly the same size, and then to overlay the new one over the old one, to really see how much is GONE!!!
Your pictures are about the same size, have you tried to do it?

GREAT JOB! How long did you plateau for?
wow look at those va va VOOOOOOM curves..you look awesome!
Hmmm I haven't tried to overlap my pictures...how would I go about doing that?!
And I broke the plateau by increasing my calorie intake a bit and trying to change up my work out. I'm doing interval training now and sort of doing a little bit of everything on the machines. Then I do a lot of weight training and crunches and a little bit of pilates leg workouts.
I plateaued for about 2 weeks and it was driving me INSANE. I was at a steady 210.6 ish and I couldn't get below it.
Thank you so much all of you for the support!!!!!!!!
And to think, the first picture is me 40 lbs lighter from when I started. I'm so sad I didn't get a picture before hand!

Oh wow, you are looking great! I'm working on a plateau right. Let's hope that I can have anywhere near the success you are having!
Thanks jag0666! Good luck with the plateau!
Talilevy: I've been working on it since January, but I couldn't see it until this past month!!
My workout routine for abs is:
50 crunches (straight)
25 with my leg crossed going right (elbow to opposite knee)
25 with my leg crossed going left " "
50 laying on my side and crunching up sideways on each side.
Every other day I take a 35 pound weight from the bench press and hold it in the right arm, and lean sideways as far as I can, then pull up till I go down on the left side. (kind of like a teeter-totter) its hard to explain!
Also, I've recently started doing the KILLER ab workout for lower abs. I lay flat and hold on to the pole on a treadmill (you can use a friends ankles or anything like that, too) and I keep my legs straight and lift them all the way perpendicular to the floor, then go back down...and let me tell you, they are HARD. But that's when I noticed the definition coming in!
