I finally broke into the 160s!!!!
I've been on CC since October of last year and have lost over 40 pounds. But for more than two months I've been stuck in the 170s. This morning I finally hit 169.2!!!!! I went back to the basics and started making sure to eat breakfast and for snacks or small meals, I'm eating fruit. Seems to have done the trick. I've never been able to make myself do breakfast consistently but I got some multi grain cereal and also fruit and whole wheat bagels. They are actually the best. I'm so psyched. Going out with the girls tonight to Olive Garden and I downloaded the whole menu with it's nutritional information so i can decide what I want. Probably soup and salad, cause I love that stuff anyway. Just have to avoid the bread sticks...
As for the Olive Garden, just watch out for the salad dressing. I just went there on Sunday, and I had them hold the salad dressing out to the side. It worked just as well, and I was better able to judge how much I was taking in. And enjoy a breadstick- 130 calories isn't so bad, just don't have 3!

Can't wait to be where you are, it sounds like we've had a similar weight loss history. I'm in the mid 170's now finally after getting stuck in the 180's, and I can't WAIT to hit the 160's!!!!
