I've been working hard since April and have lost 22lbs.. I was starting to feel like it wasn't noticable yet... Today, when I stopped by my landlord's house to pay the rent, my landlady said - Hey!  You've Lost Weight!  You Look Great!!!!
I was so tickled I couldn't contain myself!  Of course she asked what I've been doing, and I told her all about this site!!! :)
Thats great re-motiviation to keep going. :)

woohooo! Congrats! I know that must have felt great :)
oh how great it feels tobe complimented on your hard  work...good for you, keep it up!
it seriously is.....most of the people that I see and hang out with I see every day or every other day but yesterday I saw a friend that I haven't seen in over a month and she was like wow! you look like youve lost a lot of weight its such an awesome feeling.
Good job!  I've been telling everyone, too.  I love this site!
That rules!!! Feels great right?

It's like incentive and complete motivation to keep it up!

Yeah I've been getting the same responses "you look really healthy!" and "cute outfit" (when of course these people have seen me in that very outfit at least 10 x's, but never noticed how cute it was 10lbs ago when it clung to me)

I've also been asked if I "cut carbs"... but nope I haven't!I've just gotten into healthier eating habits, portion control, and exercise! Thanks to all of you lovely people for being here for me as an emotional support center while I'm at work and could eat my fingers as a snack because I'm so bored out of my mind.
