My eat meter is set around 1500, but due to my lack of hunger and my short stature I stay closer to the 900-1200 area, giving me a deficit of around 1300 without any activity. I was very doubtful that I was getting results in the last few months, but today while picking out clothes to wear I pulled out a pair of jeans to put on and found that they were a little snug. So, I took them off and looked at them and realized they were a pair I had bought about a year ago and had not been able to wear for a while, but today when I tried them on I realized I could get them to button this time. This is a very small victory, but it has renewed my faith in CC and really gave me a wonderful day. Also, I found a chocolate that I can have that is also relatively good gradewise. I bought a bar of Chocolove Strong Dark Organic Chocolate, it gets a B- for a grade, which is still good in my book, and at any time I can only eat around 85cals. of it because it is so strong. Therefore, not only did my old jeans fit, I also found a chocolate bar that I can eat without going overboard.
I dont know wether to congratulate you on the jeans or the chocolate ;) I can't wait to see results!!
