well i started out at 280+lbs last June and as of this morning i am at 197lbs!!!
the lowest i have ever been that i can remember.

Great Job :-) I started at 241 in since the middle of Sept and now weigh 216...so I've lost 26 pounds thus far.....still waiting to reach that under 200lb mark.
